European Digital COVID Certificate in BRUSSELS

European Digital COVID Certificate (Covid Safe Ticket) will be mandatory for people over 16 years old in our Youth Hostels in Brussels from 15/10/21 (to be presented with your ID).

This does not apply to: school or youth stays.

Cancellation Policy

We have made our cancellation policy more flexible to allow you to plan your stay without stress.

For all new bookings, cancel your accommodation FREE of charge up to 24 hours before your expected arrival day!

You have booked on our website: 
You can cancel your booking through the link on the confirmation email you received when booking or contact the hostel by email.

You have booked through another booking platform (Booking.com, Expedia, Hostelworld, etc):
You will have to cancel directly on the website where you made the booking.

Eating at the Hostel

Breakfast

As indicated in the booking, breakfast is always included and will be provided in all circumstances, according to the rules in force, in the form of a lunch pack to be taken away or enjoyed in the room.

Catering and Bar

All catering rules against the spread of the coronavirus will apply in our facilities to ensure a safe stay.

Shared Kitchen

Under the current circumstances, the communal kitchens are not accessible to the guests.

Safety Measures: COVID-19 Special House Rules

What we have put in place for your safety:

  • Kitchens are closed to the guests.
  • Special attention to cleaning and hygiene protocols in the rooms.
  • Regularly increased disinfection of contact points in common areas, such as door handles, credit card and key terminals, lift buttons and common toilets.
  • Disinfectant hand gel dispensers at the reception.
  • Floor markings to help respect distance (Together is good, 1m50 away is better!).
  • Posting at the entrance of each common area of the hostel the maximum capacity of people allowed at the same time.

So that everybody feels comfortable during their stay with us:

  • Show your European Digital Covid Certificate + ID card.
  • Wear a mask in common areas.
  • Keep at least 1.5 metres away from other travellers and staff (hugs are for later).
  • Avoid unnecessary contact (on arrival, please pay with electronic payment).
  • Avoid touching your eyes, mouth and nose.
  • Avoid gathering in closed spaces (stay outside, as long as it doesn't rain cats and dogs!).
